Shipping time usually takes a week but sometimes can take about 7 - 15 days.
We will gladly refund any defective product and exchange any unwanted product within 30 days of arrival.

explaining the problem. - Let us know whether it is a refund, exchange, or repair under the manufacturer’s warranty. Please, provide your order number in the email.
- You will receive a return code in the email. Please, enclose this code to the package when you send it to us. We will provide you with the address where you should send the item you want refunded, exchanged or repaired.
There is a 120-DAY WARRANTY on the watches for manufacturers' defects ONLY. It does not cover damage due to wear and tear and water damage (we have a very sharp-eyed returns examination department, thus we can tell manufacturers' defects from wear and tear).
Things to remember:
• ALL links that came with the watch must be enclosed to the watches, when shipping back to us. If any links are missing, your watch will not be refunded/ exchanged.
• Include a note saying what is wrong with the watch, what you are looking for, and your name/address along with your email, order number and approximate purchase date.
• For refunds, there is a $10 re-stocking fee to cover shipping and handling.
• For refunds, the watch must be in the EXACT same condition you received it in.
• All returns must be insured - we are not responsible for watches damaged/lost in mail when you ship them back to us.
• Lost packages require a mandatory 30 day waiting period before refund. This allows us to track and place a claim on package.
• Please be advised that you are responsible for all expenses (i.e. shipping charges) on returns, exchanges and order cancellations. If you are exchanging a watch, we will pay for the shipping charge back to you.
• Please allow up to 1-2 weeks for replacement to arrive.
• If exchange is more than original purchase please enclose a money order or check for the price difference; if the exchange is less please instruct us how you want the refund (credit card or check)
• If there are any other problems, be sure that everything will be negotiated to both parties' content!
